The negotiation will be monitored by the Senate Bank’s GOP chairman Tim Scott, together with the senators Cynthia Lummis and Ruben Gallego, who lead the sub -committee for digital assets. It will focus on the proposed legislation on crypto market structure, including legislative proposals such as Genius Act and Clarity Act, as well as the framework for digital assets.
