Tornado Cash Cofounder Roman Storm secured a partial court on Friday, as a federal judge decided that he can present arguments about integrity motivations during his ongoing criminal trial, but not under the course for a constitutional “right to integrity.” The trial began this week and is expected to last for three weeks.
According to a Report From DL News, Judge Katherine Polk Failla’s decision followed a request from prosecutors to block Storm’s team from discussing privacy rights or refer to violent incidents as kidnappings, which they claimed they could impact the jury incorrectly.
