BC Wong, more commonly referred to as “BC” within the organization, is an experienced leader who has spent a significant amount of time in the cryptocurrency sector. His experience and strategic vision have been instrumental in developing KuCoin as a trusted platform for millions of users worldwide. He is a key part of the leadership team overseeing KuCoin.
Throughout his tenure, BC has made significant strides in advancing global regulatory engagement while deftly managing the obstacles facing the industry. Wong, who was born in Singapore and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Singapore Management University as well as a master’s degree from George Washington University, adds a global perspective to KuCoin. In his previous position as Chief Legal Officer, he was responsible for leading efforts to obtain regulatory approvals and improve ties with regulators, thus confirming KuCoin’s commitment to regulatory compliance.
While Wong has been instrumental in collaborating with authorities across the EU, Asia, Middle East and Africa, KuCoin’s image as a compliant and secure platform has been strengthened as a result of his involvement.
