Ben Armstrong, commonly known as ‘Bitboy’, was arrested in Volusia County, Florida, Tuesday evening and is currently held without bail, according to prison posts.

Armstrong was taken into custody on a volatile order, which probably resulted from emails he sent to a judge during his self-representation in court. He had mentioned the warrants for x days before he was taken into custody.

An individual, who was alleged to be Armstrong was shown in images that circulated at X that were taken into custody after a Popeyes dispute. But some crypto members in society questioned whether it was actually him.

From now on, the specific reason behind Armstrong’s arrest on March 25 has not yet been established.

On September 25, 2023, he was arrested in Gwinnett County, Georgia, following a dispute with his former business partner regarding a Lamborghini – a confrontation that he broadcast live on social media.
The authorities accused him of “loitering/prowling” and “simple attacks” and reported that he found a firearm and illegal drugs in his car.
