Ethereum Foundation reveals new leadership structure – details

In a significant development for one of Crypto’s largest non -profit organizations, Ethereum Foundation (EF) has revealed a new leadership structure consisting of two co -directors. This movement comes after the backlash from the members of society about the latest fighters and issues in the ETH ecosystem.

EF introduces two executives

On Saturday, March 1, Ethereum Foundation Rejected Its new leadership structure consisting of two co-executive board members-HSIAO-Wei Wang and Tomasz Stańczak. This new structure will come into place after the changes that saw the former CEO Aya Miyaguchi take the role of the organization’s president.

Wang, a Nuclear researcher at EFHas experience in several research areas and was an important contributor to the Ethereum Beacon chain – which was launched in December 2020. “Just as Ethereum continues to develop, so do EF – but the core values ​​that we have maintained for several years remain unchanged,” said Wang in response to her appointment with an item on social media platform x.

Stańczak is the founder of Nethermind, one of the largest execution customers at Ethereum Blockchain. According to the blog post for the announcement, the Crypto founder will look for replicating Nethermind’s effective speech recruitment and training pipeline at the foundation.

Wang is not the only EF researcher who will assume a higher role in the ecosystem. Former developer Danny Ryan will now return as co -founder of Etherealize, who will act as institutional marketing and product arm for Ethereum ecosystem. The leadership position at Etherealize will be shared with Vivek Raman.

Ryan said in a post on X:

Our work at (Etherealize) Sits at the confluence of real adoption, communication regulation, ecosystem development and critical R&D over L1, L2 and the application warehouse. Where (vivek) Serves as a bridge from the real world to Ethereum, I will serve as a bridge from Ethereum back to the real world.
