Truth Social has registered a new unit of trust in Nevada under the name Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, a feature that signals the company’s plan to officially apply for a stock market offering with exposure to both Bitcoin and Ethereum, according to Public records submitted to Nevada State Secretary on June 5.
ETF’s name suggests a focus with dual assets, with exposure to both Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) -The two largest crypto assets through market value.
Although no formal SEC registration or offer prospectus has yet been published, the Nevada archiving may represent the early legal basis for launching a place or a futures-based crypt ETF under the social brand of truth.
On June 3, Truth Social’s Bitcoin ETF unit was registered in Nevada’s public business record. On the same day, Nyse left Arca, on behalf of Yorkville America Digital, a form 19B-4 to Sec seeking approval for list and trade in truth Social Bitcoin ETF.
Yorkville America Digital, which recently entered into a partnership with Trump Media and Crypto.com to launch a series of “America-first” interchangeable products, submitted a form S-1 registration declaration to the Sec for the Bitcoin Fund earlier today.
